S. Srinivasan, the Chairman and Managing Director of SRA Systems, has over three decades of experience in the field of Information Technology. His areas of interest and expertise lies in software development and strategic planning. He is an IIT Madras degree holder in B.Tech, Mechanical Engineering and MS in Computer Science.

Trained in IBM, US and UK in advanced systems. During his service with IBM India for 9 years, he was responsible for installation and support of several computer installations and development of applications for Industrial and Government agencies.

Subsequently he was working in IIT Madras in the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering managing their Computer Center and IT consulting activity. He was also teaching in the M.Tech program in the areas of Operating Systems, Data Base Management and Software Engineering. He has assisted several large corporations in implementing complex application software systems.

V. Kannan, Joint Managing Director and CEO, SRA Systems, has been associated with the software industry for the past seventeen years.

His career focus includes software development, project co-ordination, implementation of quality systems and allied managerial activities. An engineering graduate from the College of Engineering, Madras and an M.Tech in Computer Science, IIT Madras, Kannan has managed several large software projects in Europe and India.

He specializes in Information Architecture, Object Oriented Systems and System Software. He has been closely involved in SRA's quality initiatives especially for the SEI CMM initiative.

Mr. Kannan directly oversees sales & marketing functions of the company from the US.

V. Thyagarajan, Director - Technical, SRA Systems, has over fourteen years of IT experience. At SRA, he is responsible for management of large software projects in the US, Europe and India.

He specializes in software product development and has managed several software product development assignments for SRA and other US and UK based organizations. He has been instrumental in setting up and managing SRA's wholly owned subsidiary company in US. Currently he is the Execution Head for many large projects of SRA. In addition to this, he also oversees the HR function of the company.
