The client (IL based) is one of the nation's premier
research and teaching hospitals, offering leading-edge
medical treatment. Solutions offered include development
of Infectious Disease Patient Database, Capture Stroke
Entry System and Denial Tracker System.
SRA developed the 'Infectious Disease Patient Database'
System for the client initially. This System is being
used by more than several users in different sites to enter
case information. The main function of this system is
to allow data entry of the patients' clinical information.
Further, SRA developed the Capture Stroke Entry System,
which is used by more than several users in different
sites. There are a series of information (divided as
different screens) to capture the stroke information
and the information will be stored as a case. The user
can save the case in different stages.
SRA also developed a Denial Tracker System to track
the Insurance Claim Denials of the patients' visit.
Based on the information entered by the user, the application
will determine whether the case is a stroke or not,
using Stroke Algorithm. If the Case is not a stroke,
the user has the option to stop entering further data
and the case will not be saved.
